What sizes do you carry?
We currently offer sizes ranging from 3XS to 3XL on most products. Since fit may vary depending on the product style and manufacturer, we highly recommend checking the size guide listed on each product page before placing your order.
Our products are made through our fulfillment partner, Printful, which provides detailed sizing charts and measurements to help you find the best fit possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
- Orders are first processed and fulfilled before shipping begins
- You may receive separate tracking numbers if items ship from different fulfillment centers
How long does order processing take?
All orders are custom-made and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.
Typical fulfillment times are:
- 2–5 business days for production and processing
Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times are added on top of the production time.
During holidays, sales, or high-demand periods, fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer international shipping?
No — Kings/Queens Clothing Co doesn't ship to select international destinations worldwide.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made-to-order through Printful, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variation expectations
However, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly work to resolve the issue.

- A brief description of the problem
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Since all items go into production quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has started.
